Yellow Mat Wellness Joined EPS

On 12/26, Siha Collins with Yellow Mat Wellness started calling and DMing people to start the New Year in the community with her. You may recognize her from the Atlanta yoga scene, and has done community practices in space such as The High Museum of Art.

To kick of 2024, 25 of us put on clothes,
found our mats,
got in our cars,
left our homes,
and showed up to practice.

It’s important not to minimize any of these steps because since 2020, a world has been created to keep us inside and alone vs. outside and together.

Shia and I are so grateful to you all who showed up. Community is a practice!
