What are the studio rules?

Are pets allowed? 

Service animals are allowed!

Can I play music during my shoots?

Yes, of course! We also offer speakers and Wi-Fi access.

What is your Extra Guest Policy?

Yes. However, there is a cap on how many guests the space can hold. Reach out to your studio representative to discuss this further.

Can I smoke or use a fog machine inside?

No smoking inside the studio is allowed. You may smoke outside.  If Renter wants to smoke inside for a specific creative project (including fog and smoke machines), they must get prior approval from a Studio Manager. Please contact us for celebrity or VIP guests. 

I noticed the studio rental and/or portrait package rates changed.

Our rates are subject to change based on seasonal demand.

Why do you need our credit card on file?

Renter must provide to the Company a credit card to keep on file. Eley Photo Studio reserves the right to charge this credit card for any additional costs, including but not limited to overages, equipment, add-ons, damages, unpaid balances, interest, etc. Please see our Service Agreement for more information.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed? 

All bookings are confirmed once the full deposit is paid and you receive a confirmation email from our team. Deposits are due before the date of the booking. 

If you are a part of our membership community, you have access to a live calendar to set your booking within your allotted monthly hours.

Can I extend my production booking? 

Yes! Guests can extend their booking. If guests go over their booking time, each additional thirty minutes will be charged a fee of an additional $75 on the hourly rate. Guests can add time to their booking on the day of production if available time slots are open. 

Can I push my booking time up or back after it’s confirmed?

Yes! Guests can push their booking time up or back if the request is more than 24 hours in advance of their booking date and if available time slots are open.

When does my studio time start?

 The time of the booking starts at the time when the guest books the studio, not when the guest arrives.  If guests are running late right before booking, then he or she must pay for the actual studio booking time they are not there.

PRODUCTIONS

What is included when you book the studio?

When you book a production at Eley Photo Studio you gain full access to the studio, the on-site rental equipment, gated private parking, and on-site studio support.

Do you have the equipment to rent out? 

Yes, we have studio equipment available for rent. All equipment for rent can be viewed HERE. We also have a sublease partner for all production support equipment needed. Please contact your studio manager for additional information.

Can I record live audio for video production?

Yes, however, if you need to record live audio, please inform our team prior to booking.

Is there a restroom at the studio?

Yes, there is one all-gender restroom inside the studio.

Is there a place for me to easily unload equipment?

Yes, we are on street level and the unit is located next to the side entrance of The Warehouse Lofts for easy rap load in. This is directly across the street from Pullman Yards and is accessible from Rogers Street. There is also a ramp inside the gated parking.

How can I reserve the studio? 

To rent out the studio, click Rentals > STUDIO RENTALS. One of our studio associates will follow up by email within 48 hours confirming your purchase.

EVENTS

How late is the studio open to host events?

We host events until midnight.

Can I leave equipment/decorations overnight?

Depending on studio availability, you may be able to leave equipment or decorations overnight, with the payment of our $175 overnight fee. Please contact the Studio Manager to confirm availability.

Can I extend my booking the day of my event?

Unfortunately, studio bookings can not be extended the day of your event. However, you may request booking extensions from the Studio Manager up until three business days before your scheduled event, contingent upon studio and host availability.

What furniture can I move for my event?

The following items cannot be moved: couches, bookshelves, makeup mirrors, makeup tables. However, the remaining small furniture, such as, but not limited to, fans, rolling carts, and chairs can be moved. Please contact the Studio Manager with any additional questions.

Do I need to take out the trash after my event?

We ask that you clean up after yourself and bag all garbage, however the studio manager will take the sealed trash bags out after you leave. If you have excess, there are dumpsters and recycling bins located within the parking area next to The Warehouse Lofts.

Can I schedule a tour of the studio?


Absolutely! We offer tours by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with the best experience. Here's how you can schedule your appointment:

  1. Email: Send us an email at bookings@eleyphoto.com with your preferred date and time for the tour. Our team will respond to confirm the appointment and make all the necessary arrangements.

  2. Contact Form: You can also use the contact form on our website to request a tour appointment. Just fill out the required fields, including your desired date and time, and click submit. We'll receive your request and get back to you as soon as possible to finalize the appointment details.

Please remember that tours are by appointment only, so make sure to reach out to us in advance. We're excited to show you around and provide you with a memorable experience!

I booked online and there was a booking overlap. Can I get a refund?

Please be sure to check the booking calendar as we don’t process refunds for overlaps. If there is an overlap with your booking, we will notify you and give you credit to use at another time.

What is the reschedule policy for productions?

For production bookings with a duration of 2 hours or more, the renter may reschedule more than 30 days in advance without a $50 fee. Production Bookings fewer than 2 hours will not be rescheduled. Any rescheduled bookings must be:

  • - For substantially the same duration as the original booking

  • - Rescheduled for a time within 90 days of the original start time. 

  • - Only rescheduled once.

Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Any successive rescheduling attempts or failure to successfully reschedule a booking within the conditions above will result in a cancellation of the booking.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for productions?

Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the booking start time and receive a 50% refund of their total booking price. Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the production start time, including no-shows, are not refundable. If the Renter does not show up to their booking it’s an automatic cancellation unless the Renter submits a cancellation request within 48 hours of their booking start date.

The Company will not approve requests to reschedule a production booking under 2 hours in duration. The Company does not grant refunds to a renter that requests cancellation of their production booking less than 24 hours before the booking start time.

  • More than 48 Hours | Credit towards a future booking or 50% refund (excludes fees and deposit)

  • Less than 48 hours | No Refund

What is the cancellation and refund policy for events?

Renters who request to cancel their event booking more than thirty (30) days before its start time will receive a 50% refund of their booking cost, excluding processing fees, from the Company. Guests who request to cancel their event booking between thirty (30) days and fourteen days (14) days before the booking start time will receive a twenty-five percent (25%) refund, excluding processing fees, of their booking cost from the Company.

The Company will not refund the cost of an event booking that is requested to be canceled by the Renter within (14) days of the booking start date.

  • More than 30 Days | Credit towards a future booking or 50% refund (excludes fees and deposit) 

  • 30-14 Days | 25% Refund (excludes fees and deposit)

  • Less than 14 days | No refunds

DIRECTIONS & LOCATION

Where is the studio located?

Eley Photo Studio is located at 206 Rogers Street NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30317, and can be found in The Warehouse Lofts. We are located across the street from Pullman Yards and we offer free gated parking on-site, escorted entrance and code-protected access to the studio.

Is the Studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We have two separate entrances, our main entrance in the gated parking lot is accessible via a wheelchair ramp at the front of The Warehouse Lofts. The second is a street-side entrance located towards Pullman Yards and accessible via the sidewalk. All of Eley Photo Studio is a single floor and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Where can I park?

Guests can park in the parking lot located on Rogers Street across from the pickleball courts at Pullman Yard. Parking is free but you will need to contact our studio manager to be escorted in.

Is there free parking?

Yes, and ample parking.

Is the studio MARTA accessible?

Yes, we are located 1 mile from the Edgewood-Candler Park Station on the blue and green lines and a short walk from stops on the 24 and 102 bus routes. For the most up-to-date schedule and route information, please visit the MARTA website.
